So far I have been twice to different classes. Both classes have been really enjoyable with the staff and the other more experience participants being really friendly and helpful. Even guys doing their own workouts came over and helped me improve my technique when i was practicing on the punch bags.
Expect a really good workout in a friendly atmosphere.

Brilliant Boxing, Kickboxing and Fitness Gym in the heart of Birmingham. All ages and abilities welcome. Great Fun, and friendly staff. Head coach is Sport England ABA affiliated and ISKA affiliated.
