Below average asian/fusion food in the great atmosphere
Restaurant and small lounge are upstairs - may worth to go for a glass. Bar / bigger lounge area are downstairs - but super noisy and crowded

The bar is ok, but never try the restaurant. They make full of you by increasing the prices but not the service or the food quality.

Here's the concept: 42 CHF for a couple of drinks. Creepy looking old dudes everywhere, flashing money. Some decent young eye candy but also mixed with a somewhat sad cougar element. Crowded bar, DJ playing mediocre house music. I felt like the place was crawling with bankers. Left to look for somewhere cooler :) Seriously, the music was quite weak.

Overall, one of the worst experiences i've had in Geneve. The total dinner service took almost four hours, and was absurd. The first round of drinks took 30 minutes to arrive (4 simple cocktails), and every one of them was made poorly, as though the bartender had no official training. I've had better drinks at a dive bar, for 1/10 the price.

From when we ordered the entree and main plates, it was, with no embellishment, 1 hour for 12 pieces of sushi, a salad that was in no way fresh, and the most disgusting lettuce wraps i've ever seen (barely, as its so damn dark in this place). We then had to wait 30 minutes more for a carafe d'oeu to arrive, after asking 3 times. At this point I spoke with one of the managers, whom essentially said "not my problem"!!!! And this from a "high end" establishment.

When the main course arrived, I had ordered a dish that is regarded as a specialty of the house - blackened miso cod. My oversized piece (more on a lack of portion control in a second) was so over cooked that it was essentially mush, and tasted like overcooked potato. I again spoke with the manager, who came over, and offered to make a new one, but I informed him that I wanted to be home by 12am, and didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the same mistake, as clearly the line does not know what they are doing. When I asked for it to be removed from the bill, you would have thought I tried to steal his kidney.

The total dinner service lasted just over 3 hours and 40 minutes. There is no reason for this. My party and I noticed that they did not turn over a single table all evening, and the dining room was only 2/3 full at best. The wait staff seemed pleasant, but on speaking to a couple, it seems that there is an overall belief that the owners and management have no clue, and of the 3 staff I spoke to, 2 were leaving within a couple of weeks.

Little Buddha should be embarrassed by the low quality food and awful management. There was clearly significant money put into the build out of the restaurant (the lounge is a basement level joke, with bad air, no circulation, tiny tables, and too few staff, and a moronic bar at the absolute back, forcing a line into the tables that people are paying for), but they dropped the ball on actually running the establishment. The management acts as though they are running Per Se (one of the finest restaurants around), but have the personality and ability of a late night kebab shop (not to be mean to the kebab guys). The food tastes as though it is frozen and then thawed, the portions are enough for 3 people (but who wants to spend all night carting around leftovers - a total waste), the presentation is sloppy, tastes are almost chemical the orange chicken doesn't taste like fresh orange - Panda Express is leaps and bounds above, and that is artificial and fast food, but at least has a taste). Little Buddha's food quality is closer to an Applebee's than anything higher end.

Avoid this place, as its just a rip off, attempting to be high end, with no understanding of what that entails. With no fresh food, (most everything tasted frozen, or at least old), bad management, and horrible service, save your money, and go to a proper place, like the fantastic Chez Kay. Little Buddha isnt worth the time. Literally.

Wanna pick up a rich Swiss millionaire? Maybe here it's easier than elsewhere! Fancy restaurant in Geneva center, dark and cosy atmosphere in the club downstairs. Good for girls nights out. Music sucks a bit though.
