Kept me waiting 3 hours to tell me there was nothing wrong with me, despite me having a long history of diagnosis in the UK. Left me standing while they took my IV out despite the nurse knowing I was uncomfortable with needles.

Low-skilled assistants and just getting the right care provider who has a lot of money. Cardiology does not have much of a good practice because there is not much heart disease in Sweden. 2 stars, beceuse frandly assistants!

I recently broke my ankle on my travels and ended up needing surgery to get the bones in the right spot. I feel very fortunate that I ended up at Capio Sankt Grans in Stockholm. Every single person that I dealt with was so positive, friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I enjoyed some awesome conversations with many of the fabulous nurses. The dedication and care everyone seems to have for their role in other's health is exemplary and I have never received such a high standard of care - at home or abroad. Upon admittance, there was an exceptional standard for hygiene too - with swabs taken to ensure I was bug free and special antibacterial showers to limit any germ transmittance. The room I was in was comfortable and I was prepared low FODMAP meals to meet my dietary needs. I could happily have stayed a few more days (who says that in a hospital?) and want to thank the orthopaedic team and nurses of avdelning 34 for their fantastic level of care!

I've got my foot cut and need to get few stitches. We spend around 2 hours in total in the hospital, and even if it didn't feel quick I think it was OK given the injury I had. The staff was incredibly nice and the help I've got seemed adequate. Huge thanks to everyone!

Waited here for 3 hours for service..... terrible wait even if you have an emergency. Be prepared.. Doctor was nice though.
