This defiantly not a 4 star hotel I've given it a 3 star because of the large pool area. Rooms basic/dated but ours was kept very clean, towels changed daily. The restaurant buffet food was not good (We are out 4 nights) and the set up was not good it reminded us of when we first started going on package holidays in the late 70's early 80's !! It is in a quiet position but there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main centre of Protarus is about a 25 minute walk or a 10 euro taxi ride away. No free WiFi throughout the hotel 24 euros per week . Reception staff very pleasant and helpful but some of the bar staff are quite rude and miserable and drinks quite expensive if you are not on all inclusive we only had half board .We would not stay here again having said that it didn't ruin our holiday as Cyprus is a beautiful island and the weather was stunning !!!

Looks a bit faded now but a lovely place. Always plenty of hot water, staff very friendly, our maid put fresh flowers in the room on 3 occasions during our 10 day stay. A lovely touch. A good selection of food on the all inclusive buffet, but if you like your food 'hot' then you will be disappointed, mostly it was warm. Most of it was very tasty though. I'm not too keen on waiting staff whipping your plate away before you have had time to swallow your last mouthful but that's probably because they need to get you out pretty quickly and clear the table for others. It just makes you feel rushed. Luggage check in facility for the last day was great so no need to queue when you get to the airport. Showers, towel hire and changing rooms all contribute to a much better last day. We had a great time here.

Just returned from a very enjoyable week.
Hotel pools brilliant plenty of sunbeds anytime of the day. Nice location supermarket. and pub opposite and beach a short stroll.Entertainment team enthusiastic and pleasant with activities if u want. Staff were friendly and efficient yes food could be better simple things like porridge and soup being hot but could always find something especially liked being seated and served your drinks in evening. Pool bar special mention for sevice drinks and tasty toasties
Entertainment usual standatd.Didn't use TV.only one channel apparently and WiFI 10 euros a day so didn't bother.
Would return good value holiday.

very nice , great accessibility , lots of stuff to do in the surrounding area , reasonable prices but the rooms are a bit outdated

Almost all meals weren't tasty, they took money for everything: internet, safe, fridge etc. You must leave a lot of money for deposits for towels, chargers, remote control for TV and so on. Cockroaches in bathroom, bath wasn't cleaned properly. Our holiday was almost ruined by that hotel.
