There’s food service all sucks.
All different taste between there’s food and real Japanese food.
I think the chefs are not Japanese. They guys always talking loudly and it’s a Chinese mo-fo.
We don’t go never and advise you not to go that restaurant.

Exceptional service and outstanding quality. Zen X Shepparton has a new chef who is amazing. If you have been disappointed in the past, now is the time to give Zen X Shepparton another chance.

I have to concur with the majority of reviews written here. We were passing through from Sydney and decided to pop into Shepparton for dinner.
The alarm bells set off as soon as we approached the restaurant and at distance, no one to be seen inside on a Saturday night.

The ridiculously priced menu to a point where you wonder if this place is even exchanging in AUD currency is just a tip of the ice berg. Example: Salmon/Avo hand roll cut up into 6 small portions and whopping $26. In general, this place is a disgrace to Japanese cuisine and it’s very unfortunate that this little town in Victoria has really no option for authentic Japanese cuisine aside from travelling to Melbourne.

The food being disgusting and the worst Japanese food experienced ever is perhaps an understatement. Missus being of Japanese origin, we have sampled quite a bit. This place falls of the scale.
Never again.

Worst Japanese food I've ever had. There's very little business for a good reason. The food absolutely sucks. Price is ridiculous too
