Best thai food around. But don't order drinks because they struggle in that department. Fast food service.

We used to love it here. I have a hospitality background and they missed entree's, mains and so many drinks. 30minutes for one can of coke. Rude staff which is different usually they're lovely. Not keen on coming back. They also just gave our birthday cake to the wrong table after a 45 minute way to get it brought back to us.

Excellent service and delicious food. Especially loved the steak with the creamed Brussel sprouts! And the porcini donuts were amazing. Had a great time. Will definitely be back.

We used to really like this place, and we ate there very frequently, recommending it to friends...EPIC FAIL...talk about a race to the bottom when it comes to dining out in Newcastle. I was a bit concerned the last couple of times we ate there, they were taking a few good dishes off the menu, and the quality of what remained appeared to be going downhill...

A group of us had dinner there last night (Valentine's Day) and it was just disgusting. Every dish served was mediocre at best, artificial tasting and overloaded with salt, sugar & condiments; the sauce in one dish tasted like pure oyster sauce straight from the bottle. I don't know if they had the work experience kid doing the cooking or what, but it's been a long time since I've been served food that bad in a restaurant, anywhere. If I wasn't part of a larger group, I would have sent it all back...as it was we barely ate it & took most of it away, just on principle.

Then there's the service side; don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly enough; but despite having the order written down, they kept getting everything wrong, some entrees & mains that were ordered were forgotten, and we received several entrees & mains that we never ordered, having to constantly remind staff to check the order.

The crowning achievement was when the bill came out, almost double our actual spend, including drinks & dishes that we never even considered ordering, and ironically even different to the stuff they had wrongly served & removed earlier. We had to re-calculate the actual bill ourselves from the menu & argue over it. The place wasn't even that busy when we ate, so there was just no excuse for this level of ineptitude.

Absolutely never again!!! :(
