Not the best - no information to be found lucky colleague was staying told me wifi code as card missing from my room he had no towels so gave him one of mine
Tried to ring contact number provided on sms to give you access to room but just get recorded message that is useless
Needed parking information after several calls to useless recorded number walked around building and figured there was parking underneath but limited number
Nice concept automatic check in etc but serious lack of information missing things like towels acess wifi no human able to be contacted etc
Has potential to be a good place to stay as location is very good
Hope the fix the little important things then ill come back

Need to have some staff around. No one answers phone after hours. Not good.

Nice and close to the beach and cbd, room was clean and an easy check in. Pity there was no pay tv but for the low price that is what you get. Bonus WiFi was good to. Will be back for sure!!

Great location within 5 minutes walk to the ocean baths, and 5 minutes walk to some good places to head out and get something to eat and drink. The rooms are nicely appointed. The service is not something I have seen before as there is no real front desk, everything is done over the phone. The staff on the phone are friendly and helpful.
