I'm originally from London and found my experience different with Estate agents in melbourne but Dixon Kestles was the only one that made the experience personal from the beginning to end! Our property manager Daniel was clear and always available to ask absolutely any question! It was such an amazing experience of customer service that if I had to do this again I would use only Dixon Kestles without hesitation. Thanks for making the process a smooth, fast, easy efficient one :)

We are in the process of gaining a lease through Mark Smedley from Dixon Kestles and must say we couldn't be happier with the professionalism, service and understanding we have received to date.
He has gone above an beyond with our needs and always seeking the best outcome for us as well as the landlord.
Due to this kind of service we have stopped looking elsewhere and look forward to working with Mark and the team at Dixon Kestles.

The service we have received from Nadia at Dixon Kestles has been outstanding. Nadia always returns phone calls and emails and nothing has been too much trouble for her.
Nadia has given us great advice and has made the leasing of our apartments an easy experience.
Her communication has been outstanding and her commitment exceptional.
Nadia had our apartments leased after the first open and achieved the highest comparable rents in the area.
Nadia also had great communication with the developers to gain access to the property and as we live interstate we were kept informed with photos of the progress of the completion. Nadia also completed our property completion inspection to save us a trip.
Everything has been made easy for us and Nadia even organised quotes for the roller blinds through her connections.
I am continually informed about anything related to my properties.
Nadia was recently away from the office and her associate Natalie stepped up and seamlessly handled everything. There were a few things that needed attention and Natalie continued to provide outstanding service and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and always responded to my calls and emails quickly.
I have used a number of property managers over the years, but non can compare to these way these ladies operate.

Having dealt with you as an agent with your previous employer from 2010 -2015 I did not get the chance till now to thank you for your top service , your professionalism, for taking swift and decisive actions when required but most of all for your friendly approach, your ability to communicate, deal and treat people: yours are second to none. Unfortunately due to demographic reasons its sad that none of the properties your agency manage are in my present area because if I could have you again as my agent, I will not hesitate for a second to enlist you . Dixon Kestles is lucky to have you as one of their representatives.

Just wanted to say that after 10 years of renting in Melbourne Natalie and the team went over and beyond the call of duty to make the application process for our new lease the most professional and painless that I have ever experienced! So easy to deal with, quick to respond and the new place is so beautifully clean. Extra points also for the detailed pack and pizza voucher that we were given with our lease, that certainly helped with the move! I feel as tennats we are often treated poorly by real estate agents and some agents have developed a poor reputation amongst the renting community - Not Dixon Kestles! These guys are the best. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Again guys.
