Det er dyrt og der lugter af sved. MEN det er det hele værd.
De gange der er lidt for mange kræver det streng disciplin af instruktøren.

One of the best yoga studios in my opinion, with friendly expert instructors and a 26 posture routine that gives you the boost and great sensation all over. The instructors make the effort to know people by name so it gives you that 1 to 1 feeling.
I'd hate to say this and this is the only reason, I have given it 3-star but there is a permanent odour in the studios. The studios are carpeted, and I can't help but notice the puddles of sweat absorbed by the carpet and wet sweat patches from previous classes all over the carpet. The odour is due to the years of sweat infiltrating through the carpet.
Otherwise, really a superb environment with a fantastic atmosphere.

Great teaching in the Bikram class. I love how the instructor really pushes you and the energy is more sports practice than new age healer....

But

The the fact that the studio was carpeted was hard to stand. There's a constant odor that makes breathing difficult and the idea that years of sweat are trapped in the fibers of the carpeting made me feel like the air was moldy and toxic. I've only been in half a dozen or so studios but I've never seen carpeting... especially when there's so much sweat involved!

Top notch studio otherwise
